At Omnius we've personally taken part in dozens of public tenders as a bidder. Existing tools, at best, let you know a new tender is out, but they don't help you prepare the bid. And that's exactly where most of the time goes.
We've gotten familiar with every corner of Slovak public procurement, affidavits, bank guarantees, reference letters, the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), certifications. It's complex, and unless you're a procurement expert, you have practically zero chance of taking part in a public tender. For the state that means less competition and worse prices.
Obstaravac is built to fix this. As the first and only tool on the Slovak market, it combines AI with the know-how we built up as a bidder and refined with public procurement experts.
