All inbound calls to +421 2 3233 9290 are answered by an automated AI switchboard, which handles your request or routes you to the right person.

At the beginning of the call, the switchboard informs you that the call may be recorded and asks for your consent. You give consent explicitly by pressing 1 on your phone keypad. This constitutes consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you do not press 1, the call is not recorded and you can continue without recording, or contact us by e-mail instead.

• Recordings may be automatically transcribed and analysed by AI systems. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing.
