All inbound calls to +421 2 3233 9290 are answered by an automated AI switchboard, which handles your request or routes you to the right person.

Calls are recorded on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — documenting your request, quality control and the establishment and defence of legal claims. The switchboard informs you of the recording at the beginning of the call. It is not possible to continue the call without recording — if you prefer not to be recorded, contact us by e-mail or via the contact form on our website.

• Purpose: handling your request, quality control and improving our services.
• Recordings may be automatically transcribed and analysed by AI systems operated on our own infrastructure. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing.
• Retention: recordings are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the call and then deleted.

Through the contact, demo and supplier forms we process the data you provide (name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message), on the basis of your consent and pre-contractual steps, and we keep it for at most 24 months.
