What happens with the data you send us through the contact, demo and supplier forms.
The controller is omnius s. r. o., ID No. (IČO): 45 427 232, registered office: Bystrická 6057/25D, 841 07 Bratislava, Slovakia. For privacy matters contact info [at] omnius.sk.
When you submit a form we process the data you fill in, typically:
Together with your submission we automatically record proof of your consent: the date and time, your IP address, browser identification (user-agent) and the wording of the consent you agreed to. We use this solely to prove that consent was given and to protect the form against abuse.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot handle your enquiry.
Your submission lands in our own CRM, omniHub, where the responsible colleague picks it up. To run the forms securely we use a small number of processors:
We do not sell your data and do not share it for third-party marketing. Where a processor handles data outside the EEA, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep enquiry data for the time needed to handle it and any follow-up, at most 24 months, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer. After that we delete or anonymise it.
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of your enquiry. Our AI tools may help sort or draft a response, but a person remains responsible.
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Exercise them at info [at] omnius.sk.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Hraničná 12, Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
