Why omniHub exists
We built our first CRM back in 2017 for vidimvsetko.sk, our D2C business selling and installing security systems. It was a simple internal tool: quotes, mailing, customer database. Invoicing and service ticketing were added over time.
In 2024 we wanted to "do it properly" and rolled out Odoo. After a year we realized the mammoth system was costing us more time than it saved, technicians and project managers spent more time configuring it than actually working with clients.
In 2026 we replaced Odoo with our own omniHub. Today we offer the same system to clients facing exactly the same problem: off-the-shelf CRMs are either too simple (Pipedrive) or too heavy (Salesforce, Odoo, SAP).
What you get
omniHub is a custom CRM built precisely around your processes, not a generic box you have to bend. You get only what you actually use. No modules you pay for and never open.
- Custom-fit, features, fields, statuses and workflow tailored to your company, not the other way around
- Your hardware, your data, run it on-prem or in a private cloud, data never leaves your infrastructure
- No bleeding fees, one-time deployment + a predictable support fee, not per-user licenses that grow with your company
- The code is yours, you get the source code with a non-exclusive license. You can modify and use it without restriction; you just can't resell it. No vendor lock-in
When to pick omniHub
| Pick omniHub when... | Pick something else when... |
|---|---|
| You have your own processes you don't want to bend around an off-the-shelf CRM | A clean sales pipeline is enough (then pick Pipedrive) |
| You need CRM + ticketing + invoicing + field service in one | You're 2–3 people and a spreadsheet does the job |
| You want data on your own hardware, no dependency on a cloud vendor | You're fine with SaaS and want zero infrastructure management |
| You're tired of needing a full-time admin for Odoo/Salesforce | You're an enterprise with 1000+ users and a global compliance agenda |
What it looks like in practice
Example: Omnius itself, our own service business. We're our own first client too: 5 people in the office feed the system (sales, project, billing), a team of field technicians uses it daily on site, and subcontractors and external partners have access too. Without pointless per-user fees for every person who logs in once a week.
- A customer calls our AI switchboard. It answers, understands the request and decides whether it's a service problem (ticket) or a task.
- The record is created in omniHub instantly and assigned to the right person. No retyping, no waiting on a dispatcher.
- If it's a ticket, it's handled to SLA: simpler issues remotely, more complex ones get technicians dispatched on site within the agreed window.
- If it's a task, say "order goods for a customer" or "prepare a quote for a pharmacy IoT installation", it's assigned to an owner and tracked to closure.
- The invoice or quote is generated automatically and sent through the accounting integration.
The whole flow runs in one system. No retyping between Pipedrive → Asana → Fakturoid → Excel.
Technology
- Backend: Node.js + PostgreSQL, real-time updates via WebSockets
- AI layer: integrated agents (Claude, GPT) for document extraction, lead categorization, drafting replies
- API-first: REST + Webhooks, integrations with accounting systems, e-shops, IoT devices
- Deployment your way: cloud (data in the EU, GDPR-compliant) or on-prem on your own hardware, pick what fits
- Onboarding: length depends on your company's complexity, but a large part is automated. We'll send you an AI agent that asks you a few questions and generates a tailored deployment estimate
- Priority support (optional): express implementation of custom enhancements, scoped, tested, deployed within days
Want a deployment estimate in 5 minutes?
