How we work
We start with Discovery, mapping processes, users and goals and setting scope and priorities. Then comes a prototype or MVP to validate direction before we build the whole thing, so you don't invest in features that won't be used in practice. After that we deliver iteratively, in smaller working increments you can see and give feedback on as we go. Once it's live we monitor and keep evolving it, because what we build, we also run.
The code is yours from the start, you get the source code with a non-exclusive licence and documentation, so you are not tied to us alone.
