ŠÚKL compliance from July 1, 2026
The amendment to Decree No. 129/2012 of the Slovak Collection of Laws (Good Pharmacy Practice) introduces the obligation of automatic temperature recording every 2 hours in the officina, storage, and refrigerators, with archiving for at least 12 months. Manual entries in a notebook are no longer sufficient.
